Child-centered Curriculum

Learning happens all the time, the question is "What are we learning?".

Being a SPARK accredited pre-school, Little Big aligns its curriculum with the Nurturing Early Learners (NEL)  framework developed by Singapore's Ministry of Education.   The goal of the framework is to nurture children to be curious, active and competent learners. The 6 areas of education/development are:

  • Discovery of the world
  • Language and Literacy
  • Numeracy
  • Motor Skills Development
  • Social and Emotional Development
  • Aesthetics and Creative Expression

Guided by the iTeach principles, our curriculum is delivered via three streams of experiences.
